Orders are shipped UPS Ground, usually within 24 hours of an order being placed on a working day.
 
Shipping rates are as follows:
$  1.00 to $19.95 ............ $7.50 s&h
$19.96 to $50.00 .............$9.50 s&h
$  2.50 for each additional $50.00
 
Shipping for Playsets varies. See the shipping charge for each playset listed in the playset's description.
Orders shipped US Mail will incur additional charges.
APO, FPO, Alaska and Hawaii are considered overseas destinations and require USPO.

CTS ships worldwide. Shipping rates vary from country to country so our Non-US Destination shipping charges are only an estimate. If the actual charges are substantially larger, or smaller, than stated on your receipt, CTS reserves the right to adjust the shipping charge.

    APO, FPO, Alaska and Hawaii are considered overseas destinations.

If you would like to know the actual shipping charge for your order, please use our shopping cart and in the ''SPECIAL ORDERS INSTRUCTIONS'' section ask for the actual shipping charge for your order. Then, scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on ''PRINT to order by fax or US Mail''. CTS will automatically be sent your order and will then get back to you by email with the charges.

  1- CTS must be notified in advance of a return, either by phone, fax or email.
  2- All returns must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.
  3- A copy of the receipt and the reason for the return must be included.
  4- There will be a minimum restocking fee of 10% for the return of any CTS playset.
  5- It is the responsibility of the customer that all returned merchandise be received by CTS in the same condition in which it was shipped.
  6- A 20% to 50% restocking fee may be charged.
  7- Items damaged in shipment to the customer MUST have its original shipping carton, contents and packing material so that a UPS claim can be filed. Without all the above, no claim can be filed and CTS will not be held lieable for the loss.
  8- CTS does not refund shipping.
  9- No credits will be applied, or refund checks issued, until the item has been received by CTS.
10- CTS does not accept returns on discounted or discontinued items.
