Shipping - US Destination

Orders are shipped UPS Ground or by U.S. Post Office, at our discretion usually within 24 hours of an order being placed on a working day.
  
Shipping rates are as follows

$0.01 to $23.99...............$ 6.75  will always be shipped by USPS
$24.00 to $50.00 ............ $ 9.75 s&h
$ 2.50 for each additional $50.00 
 
Shipping for Playsets varies. See the shipping charge for each playset listed in the playset's description.
Playset orders and large orders shipped US Mail may incur additional charges.
APO, FPO, Alaska and Hawaii are considered overseas destinations and require USPO.

New Shipping Policy on Hard Foam Products:

Shipping Hard Foam Diorama buildings and terran pieces. Since our shipping costs are only an estimate if the shipping to you is higher than our stated amount we will bill your credit card for the difference. We are sorry for the inconvenience but the shipping cost on these large pieces has become increasing more expensive to ship and we can no-longer keep absorbing the higher cost.

EXPRESS Shipping

Express shipping is available. In the ''SPECIAL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS'' section at the bottom of the order form please tell us the date you wish your order to be delivered and we will make the necessary arrangements and charges.

Shipping - Non-US Destination

CTS ships worldwide. Shipping rates vary from country to country so our Non-US Destination shipping charges are only an estimate. If the actual charges are substantially larger, or smaller, than stated on your receipt, CTS reserves the right to adjust the shipping charge. Should your S&H be less then estimated we will refund the difference.

On all international orders we will ship by US Post Office. Delivery time can be form 1 week to as long as 6 weeks or more depending on country of destination. If you would like us to use United Parcel Service you must specify it by request. (note: shipping by UPS can be 3 to 4 times higher than by US Postal Service).

If you would like to know the actual shipping charge for your order, please use our shopping cart and in the ''SPECIAL ORDERS INSTRUCTIONS'' section ask for the actual shipping charge for your order before we ship. CTS will automatically be sent your order and will then get back to you by email with the charges for your decision whether to continue with the order.

 PLEASE NOTE......our overseas shipping estimate is based on a minimum order of $100.00. Any order less than $100 will likely require additional shipping.

During the Christmas season all international orders must be placed before December 1st to arrive in time for Christmas. 

 APO, FPO, Alaska and Hawaii are considered overseas destinations.

Shipping - Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale accounts are shipped UPS Ground and are charged no handling fee. Therefore, the shipping charges on wholesale orders are only an estimate and may have to be adjusted. Please refer to your wholesale contract.
The order must be placed before shipping charges can be calculated.

Returns

1. CTS must be notified in advance of a return, either by phone, fax or email.
2. All returns must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. The returns are to be sent to:                                                       Classic Toy Soldiers, Inc 53 Manning Road, Enfield, CT 06082----- If a return is sent back to anywhere other than the above address we will deduct the forwarding charges from your refund.
3. A copy of the receipt and the reason for the return must be included.
4. There will be a minimum restocking fee of 20% for the return of any CTS playset.
5. It is the responsibility of the customer that all returned merchandise be received by CTS in the same condition in which it was shipped.
6. A 20% to 50% restocking fee may be charged.
7. Items damaged in shipment to the customer MUST have its original shipping carton, contents and packing material so that a UPS claim can be filed. Without all the above, no claim can be filed and CTS will not be held lieable for the loss.
8. CTS does not refund shipping.
9. No credits will be applied, or refund checks issued, until the item has been received by CTS.
10. CTS does not accept returns on discounted or discontinued items.  

Privacy Policy

CTS will not sell, or share, any information gathered from customer's orders.

You may remove your email address from our directory by either contacting CTS directly or at the bottom of our weekly announcement.

Orders shipped via UPS Ground within 24 hours in most cases.
